Carnival Nominations

The committee has now implemented ONLINE nominations for Carnivals. The club has also implemented EFT transfers for carnival nominations, uniforms and other payments.
How to use the Online Nominations Process
1. Download Carnival entry flyer from CCS web site or collect it from the pool.
2. Speak to the coaches about which events you should enter.
3. Click on the online Carnival nominations link on the left side of the new web page and complete the relevant information. This year the club has further enhanced the process so that the club member nominating for the carnial get sent a return email confirming their nomination.
4. To complete payments for nominations please click on the relevant bank logo and use the EFT transfer functions to transfer the required payments to the club bank Account. (Please note this is not BPAY)
5. Enter the EFT payment receipt number into the online form in the EFT Receipt numbers space at the bottom of the nomination form submit the nominations form online by clicking the “submit nomination button”. This form will then be sent to the Coaches, Treasurer and Nominations Officer to verify and complete.
6. Please ensure you enter your contact details and phone number in case the Nominations Officer needs to contact you re your nomination
7. If EFT is not your preferred payment method please tick the “payment by check” box so the nominations form with still be processed however payment must be made by the start of the carnival.
NOMINATION FORMS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY PAYMENT OR EFT TRANSFER.
NOMINATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF PAYMENT DOES NOT ACCOMPANY NOMINATIONS
